Twilio test credentials and its magic sender validate SMS requests without connecting to a real phone. Live SMS remains disabled.

Provider bounce and complaint events create persistent alerts. Raw webhook payloads and customer addresses are not stored in the event ledger.

Close exactly one new invoice for the allowlisted owner customer in MYOB, verify Delivery, Bounce and SpamComplaint in the Postmark test webhook, then run one exclusive metadata → leased poll → non-delivering email cycle. Automatic schedulers pause while this mode is enabled.

Task 13 guided onboarding and support

Load a ten-step, tenant-scoped checklist for the selected MYOB connection. A diagnostic snapshot contains fixed status codes and counts only. Subscription status is kept separate from MYOB and customer data, and billing is not connected yet.

An explicitly granted platform operator can create a test business. Owners and admins can create 48-hour member links; this app displays the link once but does not email it. Billing and production delivery remain disabled.
